A poker enthusiast is hoping to cash in on his luck by using his casino winnings to build his own online poker site. Dylan Jones, 27, from Caernarfon has invested his £600 roulette winnings in a personal computer to help build his own poker site, learningpoker.co.uk. The website, which took six months to get up and running, aims to offer help and advice to poker players who are new to the game. He hopes it will take off amongst people from all over the world looking to discuss their tactics, ideas and organise games, both on and offline. Mr Jones said: "When I started playing poker, I wasnt sure which online site was the best for me. There are so many sites out there, which makes it difficult for new players to decide on a site that suits them best. "So through trial and error, Im trying to gauge what poker players need and point them in the right direction." Mr Jones continued: "Its a great opportunity for new and existing players to come together and really discuss in depth their thoughts on the game. Im personally interested in the mathematical side of the game and the forum is a great way to discuss the subject with likeminded players." The website is becoming more widely known with page views up by 100 per cent over the last three months whilst the site's reach per million visitors has seen a 625 per cent increase.
