An online casino has become the first to offer its players an independent arbitration service to improve their complaints procedure. Intercasino.com has joined forces with watchdog body Casinomeister.com to offer players improved security and protection if they choose to pursue a complaint against the online casino. The move marks the first time that a global online gaming company has offered an independent arbitration service to its players. Casinomeister.com will be able to arbitrate on any complaint made by a customer as long as they have first tried to resolve the situation with InterCasino.com's support centre and casino manager. In turn, the InterCasino Group will abide by all decisions made during arbitration. Casinomeister.com will provide its services to all sites within the InterCasino group including InterCasino, InterPoker, InterBingo, InterLottery, VIP Casino and Classic Poker. Inercasino.com is one of the largest online casinos, hosting more than 300 million games and paying out more than £3 billion over the course of its ten year history. Peter Marcus, from Intercasino.com, said: "From InterCasino.com's opening in 1996, the goal has always been to provide players with an exciting site they can trust and enjoy. "Having Casinomeister.com in position to investigate and remedy any issues that cant be resolved by our management team will give players an added level of confidence knowing that InterCasino.com is continually striving towards providing a safe, secure and monitored online gaming experience."
